Common Issues
Subscription and Billing
For subscription cancellations, manage your plan through Apple Settings and Subscriptions. For refunds, contact Apple Support directly.
Account Issues
For password resets, use the Forgot Password option in the app. For sign-in issues, verify your authentication method. For account deletion, email cookmark@enisuzan.dev or use the in-app Delete Account feature.
AI and Features
If ingredient extraction or recipe parsing is incorrect, edit results manually in the app and send feedback so we can improve. Report crashes with clear reproduction steps.
Privacy and Data
Review our Privacy Policy for data practices. For data export, deletion, GDPR, or CCPA requests, email cookmark@enisuzan.dev and specify the request type.
